Sit, sit , sit.

Sometimes you have to sit and wait.  Then you see the shot you want and you miss it.  How frustrating this can be for a photographer.  And I can tell you that getting this shot was frustrating.

When I had my camera ready for the shot the otters stayed away and I saw no action, but when I pulled my camera down is when they would come out.  So to get this shot I had to pull out my camera in the middle of their play and hope that I get a good shot before they run off again from seeing a camera.

At times we wonder what must be going through someone's mind. Take this girl, she is going through brush with bare legs.

There is no way that she came out without scratched legs.I am sure that the reason that she was wearing shorts was to show off her legs, but I am quite sure that people don't like looking at scratched, bruised, and redden legs.

I wish her the best of luck in the days to come from the scratches she has gained.
